Very nervous experience. Looking for internet service and came upon an advertisement that looked like a Cox Cable advertisement. Followed it through and ended up not being Cox. Order went to Comcast.

Customer service person was nice and professional sounding. But after giving my credit information, I realized I wasn't speaking to neither Cox or Comcast, but a company called Ivox in Palm City, Florida.

E-mail came from Bridgevine though. Seems this is a very confusing and fraud potential is high. But, after calling Comcast up, they were able to confirm the order did go through and it was legitimate.

In the end, everything is okay, but in this day of identity theft, it was a very confusing and nervous situation.

BIG TIME SCAMMERS. They have a fake url XFINITYSPECIAL.com where they advertise a 29.99 price. And they ask you for your exact address. Then when you call them they keep you on the phone and talk to you forever and ask for a million things, and in the end they say the offer is not valid . I called 3 times and even talked to a manager and I get the same exact treatment.
