Review: Fraud- I was charged for services that were not performed and Motorworks damaged my horns by installing them incorrectly. Owner [redacted] refused to refund monies or repair the error.Desired Settlement: I want he monies refunded for the services charged and not performed. I want them to pay for replacement of damaged horns and since they refused to address the matter, I want the monies for horn install refunded as well and I will get the new horns install at a more reputable place.

Regards,

Review: Oil leak was not diagnosed properly after 4 visits. Paid business $708.23 on 9/11/2014 as oil leak was diagnosed as a leaking valve cover gasket. This did not resolve the oil leak. Was told to have timing belt replaced so parts beneath that could be checked for oil leak. Had this done for $1052.12 on 10/24/2104 and they did not detect a leak. Vehicle was still leaking after this visit. Visited [redacted] on 8/4/2015 and leak was diagnosed as head gasket leak and estimated to cost $1756.90. Was informed repair would have cost $2500 if it had been found along with the timing belt change as it should have been.Desired Settlement: Please refund $708.23 as per the valve cover gasket replacement which did not fix my oil leak issue
