Bridgewater Pool Co is the worse company I ever had to deal with; they took my money and never finished the jobAlso, they installed a liner in my pool that came up floating before the pool renovation was even completed; they are not good at installing pool linerlThey were hired to do a complete pool renovation but they hardly show up to workThe service and product used for the renovation were badI had to to take them to court, and even though the Judge made a judgement on my behalf, they refused to give back the money for me to hire another contractor to work on my poolThe people who operates this business (Joe and his son Michael) are liars and I would never recommend them to anybody
I bought a Pool Liner from *** and Bridgewater PoolThey used sub contractors who didn't even bring enough tools and equipment to do the jobThey had to borrow a broom, a ladder, a hose and several other items to install the linerDuring the install they used an old seal for the light which of course began to leak immediatelyPhone calls to the company who agreed that this seal should not have been used resulted in numerous promises of a immediate response, a quick repair and replacement of the water I bought .None of this ever happened and of course they stopped answering the phone I will not be recommending this company to anyone
I signed a contract in May and gave the contractor I was promised a pool by the end of MaySince then the contractor has dug the hole and put up wallsThat was over a month agoI have paid a total of more The contractor has promised several times to return and finish the job, but has not done soHe has done almost nothing in a month and will not pick up the phone or return calls
