as the final settlement on this matter. To be serviced most efficiently, all refunds should go through our office. We try never to forget it is loyal customers such as you who keep us in business. We will continue to make every effort to deserve your loyalty. Thank you. We also would ask a small favor. We will still 100% refund you the $20 no matter what, should you decline or accept. So this has nothing to do with the refund. I believe you give us a 1 star review on [redacted]. If you remove it for us it would be greatly appreciated. Our reputation is very important to us.   While the mechanic at Bridgewater Tire and Auto Center has many years of experience working with vehicles of all types, he is still very new to the whole owning his own Business. He give up a lot to take this big step to become his own boss. Also, he has only been here for a few years and is still learning as he goes along how all of this works.  Everyday is a struggle for him to make ends meet. So bad reviews really makes it more difficult for us. We also try to give the best and lowest price we can offer, but sometimes we don’t always get it right. So we are truly sorry if you ever felt like we overpriced anything. You have been a loyal customer to us and we truly appreciate the loyalty that you have given us in the past 2 years. Please reconsider the review you give us, please. It’s very important to us. Again, we are still going to refund the $20 no matter what. Thank You for your time.
