I received the complaint today in regard to [redacted] and her AC When we first got the call, (Thrs) we sent maintenance over to check her ac They thought that we had equipment to fix itHowever, due to the specific size of motor --we had to have an outside contractor order it for usSo we called Quality Heating and Air, (Friday morning) and they ordered it for us directly from the manufacturerDue to the weekend and the holiday, it did take a few days to come in-- as the manufacturer was closedThe part came in on Tuesday and she was the first one repaired If we had a model for her to stay in, we would have offered that to her, but we don't have one at that propertyI didn't get the call in regard to her until late Friday and I was working at another property.( [redacted] is the contact person for that property) We were closed the weekend and holidayShe was fixed on Tuesday Since I am not on that property, the staff ALWAYS gives my email address so residents can contact me directly with any issues or concerns Thank you, [redacted] Bridgewood Townhomes Willowbrook Apartments Woods of Bridgewood Property Manager Ph: ###-###-####

Our maintenance man quit that day at noon and in the middle of a ice storm.We were trying to get a back up maintenance man to the property to salt and prep the lot for all of our residents since the storm was hitting.When I got the call, I asked her what number she was calling to get maintenance and
discovered that she was calling the wrong phone number. I gave her the correct number and she called himI explained to her that since the storm was getting worse and I wasn't sure that he would be able to come out.He called her back and told her he would be out, weather permitting, the next day
