I have been lied to at least times by owner, Richard of R and L EmbroideryIn mid July I ordered shirts to be ready for pick up on August I called him several times toward end of july but he did not return calls until July He called me and told me the shirts were ready and sitting in a box on the counterOn Aug I went to pick them upThey were not readyLie #He told me they would be ready in minutesAnd that he only had shirts left to doI returned hours later and still not readyWaited another hour and he said they were readyI brought them home and the order was one shirt shortI have talked to him several times and he was going to mail it out to meA week later have not received itI would NEVER do business with this company againYou have been warnedHe makes promises he cannot keep I have had to order the item from another vendor and because of the smaller quantity, paid a premium to fill my customers order The sales from these shirts goes to charity so he not only screwed me over, he screwed the charity

On Aug 3 I went to pick them up. They were not ready. Lie #1. He told me they would be ready in 90 minutes. And that he only had 8 shirts left to do. I returned 2 hours later and still not ready. Waited another hour and he said they were ready. I brought them home and the order was one shirt short. I have talked to him several times and he was going to mail it out to me. A week later have not received it. I would NEVER do business with this company again. You have been warned. He makes promises he cannot keep.
