I am responding to a complaint that was submitted on 03/26/and was assigned the ID of [redacted] .Bridging the Gaps is an out of network provider for all insuranceThe family and client were informed of this before the client was admittedWe completed verification of benefits for the client through [redacted] of Maryland and unfortunately this policy does not have out of network benefitsTherefore, the client was required to pay up front and agreed to do so.I did ask our billing company to try to secure a single case agreement, but that was denied.The client has not signed a release for the insurance company, nor has the insurance Company requested the chart.Sincerely,Susan D***
