Customer placed order through online site. The order failed to process based on failed credit card authorization. We tried it a day later and... still it failed. We emailed the customer for updated information but received no response on multiple occasions. We have since been in contact with her and explained to her that her card failed and she decided not to continue the order as it was a gift and the timing had past. Review: We went online to the winery website and ordered 4 bottles of wine to be shipped to friends who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Total cost with shipping was $208.00, paid by credit card. Order placed on 5/4/15, and was never delivered. I have called the winery 5 separate times now and left messages for a return call. No one has called me back at all. The one time I actually spoke with a person, she took down the information and said she would have her manager call back when the manager got back from lunch. Never heard back at all. I left an angry message warning that I was going to contact the Revdex.com and file this complaint. That was two days ago, and still no return call. I would like to get my money back if they do not intend to deliver the shipment.Desired Settlement: If the wine order is not delivered within the next one to two weeks, I want a complete refund.

I am rejecting this response because: In their response, the business said they sent several emails and that I did not respond. That is NOT true. I did not receive a single email from them, and I called them 5 separate times and left messages. They did not return a single phone call until the Revdex.com contacted them. I received a phone call about a week ago and got an apology, but no explanation as to why they didn't call me to tell me the credit information was rejected. I would have been able to recheck my order.
