Lying thief & convicted drug trafficker with lip injections that look horrendous
Katie is a liar and a thief who will try & extort money from you anyway she can. Trying to charge for repairs to apartment that have not been repaired in 10 years trying to say that "you" caused it. She hires these derilict looking drug users under the guise as maintenance workers, she hires cheap labor who instead offixing something wind up making it worse. She is very disrespectful and does not have command of the english language with the exceptions of speaking street to you. She will try and make up trumped up charges for you to pay and threaten to evict you, when in fact she is not capable of fulfilling her duties as a property manager properly. The fraudulent trumped up charges she expects you to pay is to fund her lifestyle, chanel purses, MK stuff, vacations, her marijuana smoking, gas in her SRT Durango or now maybe even a hellcat durango that she was bragging about that she left a deposit on Etc...she is just a worthless POS trash.

Katie grimble will hold ur deposit not get it back and is good at saying you owe her money she is doing things a against the Florida law she is a scam will screw u over and if I make her mad she will even say I owe her more money I have a lot to say about her she is rude and mean attitude she has a criminal history as well.. I'm very stress by what katie grimble is doing to my family ð?? ð??­ð??­ð??°ð??? don't trust her she does people wrong and drity

Ms ***, You repeatedly call maintenance for AC issues when they got there nothing was wrong with the ac. It was you, we tired to teach you how to use you thermostat but you repeatedly would keep putting it on your fan running instead of your AC. I got to the point that I would just have to send me pictures. I still have all the pictures and me telling you (though text) to stop turning your fan on and switch it to AUTO ! but you Dont learn. So I told you that I had to charge you for any more AC calls. When you was at fault. I have all of our texts proving that u was just making fake calls. Also you have not even moved out yet how do you know what your getting back and what your not getting back? You call about your AC over 25 times. And nothing was wrong you talked poorly about my ac guys and in the end u was wrong not them. And to make things worse you destroyed our dishwasher an through the parts away. so yes we will be charging u for that and you owe for AC calls that noting was wrong. I have proof and text and pictures of everything im saying. You also harassed us after hours and on holidays / weekends . You have no respect for other peoples things or their time. You also went on my personal business page to bash me and my business but never even been there. And like I said you havent moved out yet you dont know if you getting any of your deposit back or not. once I do the move out walk through. ill let you know.

I am very disappointed with how Katie *** is so unprofessional she will give you an attitude mean disrespectful for no reason. don't think you can get an attitude back she will win and is getting away with things she will make your life worse as far as saying you owe her money and trying to screw you over it is against the Florida law what Katie is doing to me she put a 3 day notice on my door pretty much saying I had a remaining balance of rent for $125 to pay or I was going to half to leave my apartment and she was pretty much kicking me out. I had proof that rent was paid in full from me and Housing Authority so I took that 3 day letter and went to Legal Services also with proof that I paid rent. I called I found and found out that the $125 is her trying to collect extra money saying that I half to pay for maintenance calls and them coming out and saying nothing is wrong with my AC so Legal Services send her a letter so she couldn't kick me out of the apartment and that's all legal services could help me with which katie is not listening to that letter as fare as they can't make her not say I don't owe money So according to Katie as far as we stand is what she text me I owe $125 for maintenance calls and a whole new dishwasher that's another story and her trying to screw me over 1st of all why didn't she charged me the time of service? second of all why is she trying to charge me for them all now? third of all it's not even in the lease that she can do that or that you will be charged for maintenance coming out and saying nothing is wrong with the a.c. or for anything. In the lease from what I understand it shows maintenance to take care of problems with the apartment we just rent here we don't own katie nothing again it's not in the least that she can do that.. I have proof of my AC being set at 72 on auto and being 80 hot in my apartment it didn't matter if it was set on auto. or set on on it wasn't working properly period.. maintenance told me that it was freezing up I was even told that he was going to put a order in for a whole new unit in my apartment because it kept freezing up but he couldn't promise me that... Twice he had to put freon in the AC because it ran out of freon. There was a time he had to fix the breakers because I had to keep resetting the breaker for my AC to work it was up and down but after maintenance fixed the leak in the freon I haven't had any issues no more now when it set at 72 and stays at 72 there was one time I called them to come out and canceled before they came because when I reset the breaker it started working again also I am not going to call for maintenance to come out for no reason unless something was wrong with my AC I also have nothing to lie about she is doing something against the law she is bullying me and threatening me and putting me and my family through 100% of stress just because she can she is evil and I feel like she's taking advantage of my disability but I'm not going to let her. She is trying to screw me over..

Ms ***, I told u the after *** posted the 3day and I found out about it, to disregard it. It was a mistake our system prints them out with any balance over 100$. I never turned the 3day over to section 8 because it wasnt the corresy form. *** is new and is learning it was a simple mistake and was quickly corrected. But you do owe money for an AC call I have all.the proof that nothing was wrong with your AC each time you called
It was your that had your fan running and not your AC. I'll love to send over everything I got proof of to the Revdex.com. Just let me know where to send it. Your also stalking my personal life and my Corporate office agrees with me that u do owe the money. You destroyed our dishwasher in a temper tantrum . *** you are wrong and I can prove it no one has been mean to you. You have called.over and over for no emergencies after hours

I gave 850 dollar deposit for an Apartment and they wont lease to me or give me my deposit back.
On September 19th I gave property manager of brierwood Apt 850 dollars. She said if you have the deposit ill get in. She'd would know by friday the 21st for me to call so I gave her all my info filled out a application went back friday she was mad saying I made her look stupid for not telling her I had an eviction wich I was in the process of one. I told her I knew they were going to bring it up once they tan our info I was going to discuss it with the leasing person when I came back in she said im the one that okays it. She said she wasnt going to run my name and her boss's made her and she was yelling talking about she was ready to give me apartment we looked good and I made her look stupid that she was going to mail me my depoit. I said what do I do ill give u a double deposit if I have to im living in a motel with my kids. She then said let me call my people ill get back to you by 5pm that was Sept 21st she been ignoring me everytime id call she in a meeting show she'd get back to us my boyfriend went multiple time I called multiple time even went up ther and then on oct 5th she tells us she not giving me my deposit and kept bringing up the fact im ade her look stupid.

Desired Outcome

I want my full Deposit of $850 back she new my situation and out of spite and evilness shes doing this

on 9/19/18 *** and her boyfriend came into my office looking for an apartment. they filled out their app and paid app fees. she also signed the application her and her boyfriend and it is very clear that the deposit is non refundable and I have many signs up in my office saying no refunds. well when they filled out their app they had lied on it. and I held an apartment for them based off what they put on the application, it asked have you ever been evicted they both put No when in fact they was being evicted from the place they are or was living in when they applied. I have the form that they both signed id be more than willing to send you over a copy. just send me a direct email as to were I can send it .. thank you

When you say no refunds on fees thats an applocation fee. A deposit is not considered that. I wouldnt dear give you 850 dollars knowing there a chance I couldnt get it back. A unit wasnt held cause she knew within 48 hours she wasnt giving it to me. She said herself she was going to have to mail me my deposit then hid ignored my calls gave my boyfriend the run around making it seem like she was holding a unit that whole time. I didnt sign anything stating my DEPOSIT wouldnt be given back to me.
