Review: This is a copy of one email I have sent to the Brigadoon company after buying their software program for my laptop computer:

Dear [redacted],

On 12/**/2013 I purchased a single copy of your program for my PC laptop. But I've had no luck figuring out how I download the software.

I had emailed your company once for sure and possibly twice and I get no reply back as to how I get the key to unlock the program.

Also when I go to the page to download the spyware I get a warning on my browser saying there is a problem with the certificate for the site.

I'm certainly not happy and feel this has been the most difficult software program to purchase and use.

Can you help me?

I have emailed the company asking for help on properly downloading the software but I never heard back from anyone. Now I am at a point that I'm not sure how to get a copy of the software I paid for but was unable to download.Desired Settlement: Essentially I am looking for a refund or for the company to contact me via email with the proper information needed to register their program. OR to send a hard copy to my home address with the code to properly register the program.
