I HATE Frank Briggs! I first dealt with him 7/25/2014, He was supposed to replace my Alternator and AC Compressor, with BRAND NEW parts and Check and refill my AC systemHeld my car for days at his shop, wouldnt answer my calls and wouldnt keep me updatedOn the third day he finally said to come get it, the parts looked new and the AC was running, then months later the AC stopped blowing cold and then a couple weeks later the Alternator went out, called him and after he said he would come pick it up I had to wait almost days until I finally got fed up and had my friend follow me with jumper cables to get the car to his shop, he then made me wait while he had another alternator brought to him from his "dealer", he then changed it out right there in the front parking lot while I stood and watchedNow that Alternator is out and it is 8/10/2015, less than a year later, he never gave me another warranty even though I asked for one, he never gave me a receipt for the "new" alternatorI am now going to have to pay for a new alternator AGAIN, I want my money back! I shouldn't have to replace an alternator this often! Shady parts and Shady PEOPLE!
