We used ProEdge for several years & they were great. However, this past year, 2015, they went thru some changes in both the employees & their billing. We were double-billed, told someone would be out to replace trees, which never happened after waiting several months, & had them not show up for snow plowing. They demanded we sign a contract that almost doubled the 2014 prices & we received less & far worse service. Their landscaper is clueless as far as landscaping needs -- DO NOT USE THEM FOR LANDSCAPING!!
