Review: I hired Briggs Paving back in April of 2014 to reseal my driveway. It took them three months to get back to me to get the job done. I understand that there are other customers and weather issues. They came to my house on July **, 2014 and resealed the driveway. The driveway is not supposed to be sealed when rain is scheduled in the forecast. They sealed my driveway and when they left, it rained about an hour later and then it rained even heavier later on, washing most of the sealant off of the driveway and getting some of it onto the side of my house. I have contacted Briggs Paving numerous times over the past ten weeks and they continuously give me the runaround by telling me to "bear with them" or "we will schedule you for this week" in which that did not happen. I'm tired of dealing with this. They were paid to do a job and said that they stand behind their work 100%. No one has even come to look at the driveway to see what needed to be done to rectify the problem. They got their money and besides me calling somewhat frequently, I haven't heard from them otherwise. My father visited their office a few times and they told him the same things that they told me and for some reason, they put the bill into his name.Desired Settlement: I would like my driveway resealed or my money back. No person should have to wait this long for any service, especially, when they messed up.

Review: They installed my driveway back in 2010 and pitched it wrong so every time it rained water would flood my garage causing water damaged to my home. I called them several times and they did fianally come back once to try and fix the problem by heating up the driveway and tamping it down which did nothing. Subsequent calls to them were not returned and I ended up having to call another contractor to come and fix the problem by installing drains.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for having to fix the problem they created. This could be done by having the remaining portion of the driveway redone the right way or just refund me the money I spent to fix the problem.
