At this time, I have been contacted directly by Entrust Merchant Solutions? regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They continue to contact me using other phone numbers as their caller ID to sell to meI keep asking to be removed but they hang up on me when I do ? ? ? ? The phone number from this complaint has been put on the do not call list immediately.? Also we are one office and we do not have multiple caller ID’s calling out from our office.? It doesn’t do ? the business owner, our clients, or anyone any good what so ever to contact anyone that does not want to be contacted? ?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved However, it is not sufficient to accept removal from a list and at the same time deny contacting me - that is contradictoryAlso, the use of a 3rd party to perform unsolicited phone calls does not relieve Entrust from responsibility to adhere to honoring the federal do not call list Sincerely, [redacted]

Per our conversation I wanted to respond and let you know that we have immediately removed this customer from the list to be contacted.  We have a strict policy in place to remove any number that does not wish to be contacted. It does not benefit us or anyone to contact anyone that does not...
