I really do not doubt the billing error...they r is!!! My wife went behind my back and paid this bill without me knowing about it. She withdrew 600 out of our retirement IRA to pay them because they turned it over to collections and she didnt want the rotten bs to hurt our credit!!! So it has been paid in full!!!! They stole money from me and I want it all back!!!! They agreed on a price to do the service then changed their mind and brought a needless person in to pad the ticket!!!! [redacted] NO.... this matter is NOT resolved!!!!
