Hello:? Thank your for your correspondence and work related to my complaint against Bright and Associates:? ? Complaint # [redacted] .I have had some problems trying to respond via your complaint system in the link you provided, so I elected to send this email to tell you that I did view the response from Bright and Associates -- It appears the organization acknowledged my concern:? While it is hard to tell if my concern will actually change their business practices, I am at least satisfied that I was able to share my displeasure with their methods of doing business and get on the record with your organization that consumers are apt to feel violated by similar business practices.? Thank you providing consumers with the means to weigh in on the conduct of businesses and perhaps? move toward a culture of business generation/promotion that is more transparent,? less exploitative, and more trustworthy.? I have a background in decision-making/policy:? our economy and social system in general is better off when people have reliable information and full disclosure so they can make decisions that are best for them.? The more we can help individuals make the best decision possible for their circumstances, the better off all consumers/businesses are.? Slop, mistakes, and waste eventually trickles down and hurt us all.? TRUST and quality in all aspects of a business transaction is something very worthy of protecting.Thank you again for your service:? It is much appreciated [redacted]
