Car was PU in New York as the driver and the client did very careful inspection which had many scratches and dents prior us transporting the vehicleat Florida where the car was delivered
the wife who was at the PU location when the car got picked up had gone over the car and
inspected the vehicle and saw no damages to vehicle and signed the bill of lading as we have the signatures on both PU and delivery on bill of ladingas a car transport after the car is inspected and signed for it we are no longer liable for the vehicle.
We have attached the bill of lading as proof that the customer received the car with no extra damages and reliving us for any liability to the car

We are an open car carrier and are not reliable for any dirt on the vehicle once it's being transported that's why there are enclosed trailer to transport cars to assure no dirt on the car the customer knew it was an open trailer that's what he had on contract with his broker and regarding the miles the customer made a complain regarding it hours after receiving the vehiclewhich we are no longer liable for the vehicle once and was not presented any proof of mileage We believe the customer is upset
on the fact that the car arrived dirty and trying to accuse us on other issues

The Cadillac had mechanical issues already before Evan loading the car on our truck our driver had to start the car with a battery charger five times before loading it and there was a letter on the dash board the said "the car has mechanical problems don't start the car " when we called the...

customer asking about this letter he said don't worry the car was just sitting in a shop for 2 years. when the truck stated to do deliveries in New York we had to unload cars that where loaded before the Cadillac when the car was unloaded we were unable to put it back to the truck so there for we contacted Michael and explained the situation and asked him to hire a tow truck to take it to his destination because our trucks don't have the right equipment for inoperable cars we asked him to pay the cost of the shipping to New York which was only $425 as a transport company we are not responsible for any mechanical problems. Michael did do a claim with our insurance company which wa denied. There fore we had to proceed with legal actions against Michael and put a lean on the vehicle which is no longer under the owner ship of Michael we have all the documentation to prove it. For none payment for the cost of shipping and towing expenses and storage fees which all combined are more than $5000.

the car was delivered a day earlier to florida, on delivery the customer had inspected the vehicle inside out and signed the bill of landing and released bright auto transport from any liability for the vehicle. please see attached bill of ladingplease see the terms and conditions part 3.

DO NOT BOOK with this company!!!! They are unreliable, difficult to reach, and expensive! They told us they were picking up our car at a certain time and then didn't show up until later and we almost missed our flight. They said they were delivering it on a certain day, stayed home and the car never came. We had to call them to find out it wasn't been delivered until the next day. Also the final cost wound up being $200 more than quoted! Lastly the inside of the car had stains that were not there when it was picked up!

Bright auto picked up my auto when they said and delivered my auto as stated.

Review: I secured the services of Montway Auto Transport, a transport broker, to find a proper transport company to ship my car from Gainesville, Florida to Yorktown, New York. I received an email from Montway Auto Transport that Bright Auto Transport Inc. would pick up my car between Monday, June [redacted] and Tuesday, June [redacted]. I was told truck driver Nora would come get the car. On Monday, I called the Bright Auto Transport Inc. truck driver Nora to get a sense of when my car would get picked up. The truck driver never responded to me. When I called Bright Auto Transport Inc., I was told that they were figuring it out. I called that night, and was told that the truck driver never called them back.On Tuesday, I called Bright Auto Transport Inc. again, only to be told that the secretary would get back to me. She never did. I called and asked again if there was an update, and all I was told was that she was waiting for the manager to get back to her.On Wednesday, I called Bright Auto Transport Inc., and asked to speak to the manager. I asked the manager if there was a time line for what was going on. She said that the truck driver was delayed and that she would give me an answer about when they would pick up my car, stating that they would fix it. Instead, she called back to tell me to leave my keys in my car with my stuff for the truck driver, since I had told her I didn't think I could get anyone to watch my car. She told me the car would be picked up Thursday between 7pm-10pm.Today, I waited for my contact who was watching my car to let me know if Bright Auto Transport came to pick up my car. They never did. I paid Montway $900 to ship my car, and Bright Auto Transport Inc. has not come through at all.Desired Settlement: I would like Bright Auto Transport Inc. to transport my car for free. I have had to ask friends to watch my car. Moreover, I have had to leave my car with my items in it. Lastly, I have had to cancel 4th of July plans, as I do not have a car, and need to purchase another suit for interviews next week. All of my clothes were packed in the car, and I had to leave for a flight to NY on Wednesday. I was convinced by Bright Auto Transport Inc. that I would have my clothes and car by next week.

Review: I was scheduled to have my car delivered from NY to FL by Dec [redacted] (I was told earlier by one of their reps but ok). I did not receive the car until Jan [redacted]. Not only was the car delivered late but they did not even know where the driver was and did not know the driver was going to be 200miles away from me when I called. This stuff is forgivable I guess. Here is not what is NOT forgivable.

MY CAR WAS DRIVEN OVER 40 MILES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. (MAYBE THIS WAS THE REAL REASON FOR THE DELAY, A JOY RIDE).

MY CAR WAS ALSO DAMAGED (THERE IS A HOLE UNDER THE FOG LIGHT WHICH IS CAUSING SMOKE WHEN THE LIGHTS ARE ON).

NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS TO RECTIFY IT SO I AM FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION.Desired Settlement: I want my money back since my car was driven OVER 40 miles without my permission. I want my car to be repaired.

Review: We used this company through a broker to transport my 2015 dodge charger r/t. We took pictures before and after of the car and the odometer. When the driver came to pick up the car he said the trailer was just down the street because they couldn't get it down to our residential street. No big deal because we lived about a mile from interstate 95. When the car was delivered to our destination, it has mud in the wheel wells and 40 extra miles on it. We immediately questioned the driver who said he knew nothing about it and talked to customer service who said they would talk to the owner and figure out why there were extra miles on it and get back to us. We also spoke to the broker and sent pictures of the car and odometer to customer service at the broker and they said they would forward the pictures and follow up with customer service. A week later, we still had not been contacted so I called again. The broker had not heard back from the transporters so I asked for direct numbers for the transporter directly. I called [redacted] directly and she said that there was no incident report made. I told her there should have been because we spoke to the driver and customer service at the time the car was delivered. She asked if the mileage was filled out on the form and I told her no. They car make and model was filled out by the driver but he left the milage was left blank but that we had pictures with time and date of the odometer. She said she would have to talk to the owner and see what they could do to proceed but she didn't think they could do anything for us because their paperwork was not filled out and the only proof we had were our pictures and "people can do crazy things to pictures". I asked to speak to her boss because she was very rude and kept interrupting me. She said he wasn't available. I asked for the managers number, she said she was the owner. I asked her how her answer to me was that she needed to talk to the owner to resolve the issue when she was now in fact the owner, she said she has a partner. I asked for that person's name and number because I was getting nowhere with her. She gave me the name [redacted] ###-###-####. I repeated the number to her she said it was correct. I tried calling [redacted] and it went straight to voicemail which was full. I tried one more time and it rang but no one answered and again the voicemail was full.Desired Settlement: I would like an answer as so what and who drove my car these extra miles and a large refund. We spent $150 just getting the car cleaned. That doesn't even take into account 40 extra miles on a car with less than 2500 miles on it.

Review: My car has been badly damaged. The carried explained that the car had to be moved trailer as the initial trailer had issues. My delivery date was pushed back 3 days.

My car arrived very late and very dirty, My wife took the car back from the driver and did not notice all of the scratch marks as the car was very dirty. She took the car home and hosed it down. On doing this, she noticed several scratches around the car - both sides and on the hood.

I sent photos and they are denying any liability.

I have seen similar complaints in the past about this company.Desired Settlement: I want my car paint work repaired as they damaged my car. I suspect they possibly drove my car as well although I can not prove this. The seat had been adjusted and stereo was turned up full.
