This company is unprofessional the owner will talk really sweet and smack about his competitors to get your business moreover he might offer you longer warranties to lure you where as other company may give you lesser time warranty as I have learnt but this guy did horrible job on my property pool which turnout to be leaking right after he completes the job when you call him to come out and fix it he will not answer your call unless you call him from unknown numberPLEASE BE AWARE OF HIS COMPANY AND HIS SWEET TALKSas I am approaching legal steps against him which never should have occurred had he taken care of problem

I was really impressed with Bright Blue Pools representative, Curtis ***, who came out to give me a quote for re-plastering my poolHe said he would not recommend having pool re-plastered...it doesn't really need it at this timeHe did give me a quote that was good for two years if I decided to have it done in the futureI trust his honest opinion and will be calling him back at a later date
We had Bright Blue Pools replaster our pool two years agoWe experienced a problem with the plaster separating from the wall of the pool this yearWe contacted Bright Blue Pools, and they said they will be by asap to take care of it.This is a vacation rental house so we had to wait until there was a vacancy to have them come over to fix it, and the owner Curtis sent someone out as soon as we let them know it was ready for repairCurtis came by within a few days to check the repair and to drop off bags of salt and conditioner (since the pool needed to be drained) free of chargeWe haven't had any problems since the repair and it looks very nice too.They were very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend Bright Blue Pools to anyone that needs repairs to their in-ground pools
My first experience with Bright Blue Pools out of Destin was very positive. I had them do a complete resurface job on an existing pool on a property we are renovating in Destiny East. Also had them upgrade to LED lighting, re grout the existing tile, add a bench seat to the deep end of the pool and add accent tiles to the tops of the stairs and to the top of the new bench. They could not have been easier to work with. The crew that worked on our pool was professional, friendly and did high quality work. Curtis was very good and easy to work with and I would highly recommend this company based upon my positive experience with them.

Curtis responded to our request for a bid immediately, and made himself available on our schedule, to include weekends. He gave us a very competitive bid, which we accepted. He got the job done in about half the time he estimated. We could not be more happy with the work, and he has been readily available for follow-ups and questions. We recommend him completely, and would happily have him perform any additional work we need done in the future!
