Bright Construction

A service engineer of Bright construction was sought for repairs of my a/c. The issue was my a/c was running continuously without shutting off when the desired temp was achieved. This gentlemen greeted me with anger, an attitude and absolutely no professionalism. Instead of fixing my a/c he gave me a lecture on the size of my house. My installation, the type of roof HE has and how much his energy bill is on a monthly basis. No repairs were accomplished as he could not find an issue but he did took me to unit side to let feel it was cool so that meant it was blowing cool air(cool air was never the issue) I called back for more repairs as the issue was still present. The same representatives responded.This time he was even more hostile. He began badgering me about why the air conditioner had a poor drainage design and said the unit was leaking and when on to tell me I got what I got...he was very angry...I asked if had repaired this time he said the tgermastatic was not connected to the unit and that why is was running continuously.upon completion he requested to be paid again I declined...I paid you the 1st go around I replied he says yes but you need to pay again.I'll call OPHW for clarification I stated. He walked out and said I going to my next appt. I called and verified I didnt owe him anything he shouted at me.I don't have time to call them..they call him at my request to clear the matter up. Now this same disposition is unleashed on them. This gentleman photo deposited my check into his account and when he was done he dropped my check into the post office box without an envelope. Now all if my personal info was available for anyone to see and or steal. The check was retrieved by the USPS placed in an envelope and returned to me. This type of hateful unprofessionalism should be stamped out at all cost. This gentleman is dangerous and I will alert anyone willing to hear my story about how disrespectful this gentleman treated me probably treats many others the same way.dissatified
