Paid $3966.00 for a porch cover that was never built or orderedSales Rep. [redacted] took 2 checks 1 for $2,880.00 and another for $1,083.00 and porch cover was never ordered. These were issued on March 5,2015 and April,10,2015Desired SettlementEither my money back or for them make good on the porch coverBusiness Response Mr. [redacted] is not a customer of ours,[redacted] is an independent distributor - his contact information is as follows:E: [redacted]c: [redacted]We have not received any order to date for alleged cover. We only manufacture the product and sell to independent distributors. Consumer Response I have a signed contract from Bright Covers of Raleigh, LLC with Mr. [redacted] name on it.I tried to contact Mr. [redacted] by phone, but received no response from him. if he would like I can send a copy to him and the Revdex.com and I will send a copy to their Cleveland, Oh branch. All that I ask for is my money back, as since have contracted another company to do the work for which Bright Covers was contracted to do by Mr.[redacted].Final Business Response The best we can do is assist in contacting Mr.[redacted], however he is an independent distributor and has no affiliation to the Cleveland branch. If a deposit was given to Mr.[redacted] or Mr.[redacted], they would be the ones who need to refund the money, as that goes into their personal business account.
