*** *** I don't understand why they keep referring that I sign an agreement that was understanding ...they flat lie to me that they got approve from my insurance that they were cover and it was just a formality form
my Complaint is just that ...they lie to me just to sign that form and all the time they knew that was not true ,*** there Mgm knew this again I even call my insurer and I am waiting for a letter stating they never even got a call from them this was straight out a trick to made me sign the formand I like to see that form and they never gave me copy of any form even they said they would please this need to be investigated
they are more likely more victim

iam not sure what this all means ...but if they want a copy of my drivers lic I want the name and address of there last manager that took all the information in the first place and I want to see if its even my signature on that responsibly contract ...for she said it was just comment Patrice that I was all ready approve from my insurance ....as far as the special operation he broke my tooth when he put his knee on the chair trying to pull my tooth it was an amazing pain even under pain medication and *** ***

JUST WANT TO SAY I AM STICKING TO MY DECLARATION...THAT THEY ASSURED ME THAT MY INSURANCE WAS APPROVE AND I WAS GOOD TOO GO ...AND WHEN I CALL ? HUMANA ? THEY NEVER GOT ANYTHING ? ?

As you can see, no coverage for this patient. We told pt. if they did not pay that he would be responsible for balance. Patient agreed and signed financial agreement. Our office will not charge interest this time, but he does have a balance of $1475 due now.
