Bright eye solar is charging me for a survey they did on my house.The included measurements on my roof.pictures of the roof structure and electrical panel..Bright eye solar refused to send me in writing a copy of the survey, but still want me to pay for the survey
The customer is asking for a written report. The site survey he agreed to and signed for is a non tangible. There is not a written report. We talked to him several times and we thought he understood this when the salesman went to his house to evaluate his property for solar. And when he signed agreeing to pay for this visit. I am also attaching a copy of the Site Survey Agreement that he signed. Let me know if you need anything else.Thanks. Annette R
