Although as a healthcare professional I cannot acknowledge whether Ms. [redacted] and her family are patients due to HIPAA Privacy laws, I can respond to her complaint in a general way. The health of my patients is my primary concern and I try to be respectful to patients and parents alike. If a... situation arises where a patient or parent is unhappy with our care or services we will always err on the side of customer service, as was described in this complaint, and will issue a refund if necessary. As far as our prices are concerned, we are very competitive in our contact lens pricing and most lenses are priced similarly to major online contact lens retailers for the same brand and design. We also happily give our patients a copy of their contact lens prescription once finalized so that they may order from any office or retailer they prefer. We pride ourselves on being a healthcare office that puts our patients first and on being easy to do business with.
