Bright Jewelers Reviews (%countItem)

advertised a Rolex Milgauss and confirmed via text that it was all original parts. It has come to my attention that this is not the case. When I emailed to resolve there was no response. I finally called and he told me it "was not a big deal" and proceeded to hang up on me.

I now have a fake Rolex and would like this to not happen to anyone else. His shop should be penalized for this.

Customer purchases a Rolex watch in May or June of 2019, our policy is clearly stated in our returns page at www.brightjewlers.com that customer has 14 days to preview the watch to have the watch inspected so that if for any reason we would take watch back. 9 months have gone by, we do not know what customer has done with the watch. Now customer makes demand that we "either send him a UPS label at our cost so he can return watch and refund all money or send watch to Rolex to fix" This could potentially cost thousands of dollars depending on what is damaged. We have not been shown the defect customer has issue with, we do not know the condition of the watch in its current state. These are unreasonable demands and we will not spend more time discussing with customer any further. Watch is authentic, watch has a legitimate serial number issued from Rolex on the side of the case. These are outlandish claims and slanderous. We have sold watches for 20 years without 1 single issue.

The fact that the business owner is deeming this slanderous is very concerning. Those accusations are unwarranted and unsubstantiated as I have a record of the business owner confirming the watch is all original parts. The fact that this jeweler claims they have been selling for over 20 years brings up concern that the public needs to be aware of. I have attached messages directly from *** (Business Owner) confirming this watch is 100% all Rolex parts. This was a complete lie and a deceitful tactic influencing me to buy the watch.

The seller states on their website (screenshot attached) the following: "We do not EVER sell anything with aftermarket parts unless otherwise stated in the posting."

This is false advertising, misleading, and bad business. In addition to this, it should not be the burden of the buyer to prove otherwise especially within a timeframe of less than 14 days.

When you look up the Rolex model/serial number, it confirms the lies of the business owner and further supports my claim that this was an altered watch (NOT by Rolex).

TO BE CLEAR the serial number legitimacy is not in question. The authenticity claim by the seller is in question. This watch has been altered in a way not approved by Rolex and has been sold as a 100% ORIGINAL.

Regardless of the claims of the business about damage, I am confident it is still in the same condition as sold but I am requesting that the seller pay for ROLEX to restore this to all original parts to match the promise and original sale agreement made by *** and Bright Jewelers.

We dispute all accusations that the watch that was originally mailed 9 moths ago was sold altered. The watch that was sold was in pristine condition and original. We can not control what has been done with the watch in the last 9 months.

The business owner is issuing contradicting statements and trying to prolong this issue. I have text messages from the business owner (prior to sale) assuring me this was all original parts yet the pictures, the actual product, and the serial number all do not match. This Rolex was sold with a green glass crystal while the serial number and model number on the watch indicates by Rolex that it should not have a green glass crystal and that any such watch that showcases these characteristics is either counterfeit or has been tampered with by a third party.

This business owner clearly lied and his statements before the sale and throughout this incident do not match with the watch manufacturer. No alterations were made with this watch in the nine months of my ownership. All modifications were made prior to sale and misrepresented by this business owner and I have the messages to prove it.
