I ordered a custom neon sign before Thanksgiving to ensure a Christmas delivery for my husbands business. This would be his only gift as it would cost 490.00. December 5 the the deadline for guaranteed delivery--I was well ahead of that.Two week prior to christmas, I emailed to see when it would be delivered so I could have someone get it off my porch before my husband came home. we will email you when it is shipped was all they said. A week prior to Christmas (It was to be shipped by ground) still nothing. After an email (no reply) and a phone call they sent me shipping tracking that said it would arrive 7pm on the 23rd. On the day of the 23--- it was in Texas (I am in [redacted]) and finally delivered in Houston. There reply after numerous calls and emails was that it was delivered.I am out 490.00-- No gift for my husband (mortified--feeling horrible) and they have not responded to any emails or phone calls. Not sure what guaranteed delivery for christmas actually means-- wrong house must still be "delivered". Unbelievably POOR customer service---and I'm not sure what to do next. Hope the Revdex.com can provide some insight and report this company for its fraudulent ways... Hoping to get my money back. They'll give you an apology?  I was well before the deadline.  Wholesale? NOT.  I hope the better Business Business Bureau will adjust grading on this business. Why would I ever order again? a 10% discount?  Please make sure they never advertise a guarantee as now you can see they do not mean what they say---false advertising.  Would never do business here again.I will review this company very poorly (social media and more) within 1 week if there is no compensation.
