I would like to follow
up with the complaint made by *** * *** *n 8/6/14, and as an office would like to update the status of complaint with the Revdex.com First, we would like to apologize as the management has switched over several times since the patient was last seen, and unfortunately we let this case fall through the cracks Secondly, as an office and a company we would like to apologize that this was allowed to happen The complaint is valid, therefore; we have taken immediate action to reverse charges and reverse action was taken with the collections agency We have tried contacting the patient directly to address the action taken on our end, but have not received response as of yet We will continue to try and reach out to the patient to update the status of their account Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can effectively take action.
