misinformation from Bright's employees about the service I was purchasing. They had not updated their sales literature or their contracts to reflect the new improved "Always Active" termite bait. My on-line research revealed that it is a superior product and only needs to be monitored once a year. It does still need to be monitored and Bright's representative said they would come out and monitor my stations at a time when I can observe the activity or lack thereof before my initial contract expires on April 26, 20** and not only after I renew as they had previously stated. This resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
