We entered 3 year contract with a different alarm
monitoring company over 3 years ago. Today we contacted the alarm company because we are not happy with the service and we wanted to cease services. We were finally connected to the company that took over our account, Bright Security Integrations. We asked to cancel our services as the three year contract was up. They advised that our contract was automatically renewed for another year. They did not make any contact when the new company took over. They did not call to check on us when our alarm went off twice. They did offer to send a technician, however, we no longer want these services and feel that the company handover was very poorly managed. Their website seems to be no longer active. I spoke to an accounting manager and I told her I would share my feelings of their service on social media and she told me I was threatening her and she said that she sent my account to “legal”. I asked her for the official name of the company that took over and asked where her corporate office was located and she would not give me the information because of what I mentioned about social media. The manager hung up on me when I asked for this info. We had to call the previous company to find out who took over in order to receive this information.
