The check was mailed to the address on the contract and was returned to sender. We have waived the administrative fees associated with this customer canceling after his 3 day rescission period. No penalties or fees have been assessed and his money will be returned to him via overnight fed ex...

Review: I GAVE THEM A CHECK ON 02/28/14. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO HOLD THE CHECK BECAUSE THIS WOULD ENABLE ME TO GET JOB DONE FOR $24,000.00 INSTEAD OF $287200.00 IF CONTRACTED BEFORE 03/01/14. THE BUSINESS DEPOSITED THE CHECK ON 03/03/14. I CALLED AND TALKED TO [redacted] AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD RETURN THE CHECK. I CALLED AGAIN ON 03/17/14. I TALKED TO [redacted] AGAIN AND HE SAID HE BRING THE CHECK TO MY HOME. I CALLED AGAIN ON 04/02/14 AND SPOKE WITH [redacted] AND HE SAID THE CHECK WAS ON HIS DESK AND HE WOULD MAIL IT OUT TODAY.AS OF TODAY, WHICH IS 05/01/14 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I CALLED ON 03/03/14 TO CANCEL THE JOB AND THIS IS WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD RETURN MY MONEY. IF ANY MORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL OR EMAIL ME. THE FULL NAME OF THE PERSON IN QUESTION WHO I SPOKE WITH IS [redacted].Desired Settlement: I WANT MY FULL REFUND AND EXPLANATION OF WHY THEY TREATED ME THIS WAY.
