To whom it may concern,We have received the complaint regarding the patient named [redacted] .We have corresponded with this patient on more than other occasions to explain to them the reason for the charges.Briefly, the patient agreed to have dental procedures done and then changed her mind and did not return to complete themThe amount in question is for a procedure already completed prior to the patient cancelling future appointmentsTherefore, she is responsible for themWe have refunded to the patient all money she paid for all future treatments that we have not completed but retained the $which was for procedures already completedWe strive to ensure the satisfaction of all our patients and thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain.Sincerely,Management

I am rejecting this response because:
The billing statement for "Treatment Rendered" is for temporary crowns for #22-#26 for the amount of $150 each totaling $750.00. The patient did not receive the temporary crowns on any of the teeth. I have told the dental office this. Do they need to physicallysee the patient to confirm or I can submit something from the new dentist office she is going to be seen at that will state there are no crowns on those teeth.Thank you,[redacted]
