Bright Star Holiday Lighting

Review: Wrote up a contract and gave a 50% deposit for the set up of our holiday lights. The job was started and minimal work done but they have never come back to finish the work and will not answer repeated phone calls.Desired Settlement: Since the work was never completed, I would like a refund of my deposit.

Review: This company uses the most ridiculous way to send out their ads. They sent a letter to my home without paying for postage, the USPS person wouldn't let me see who the letter was from without paying for the postage when I paid for it I found out it was nothing but a lousy ad. Basically they're having others pay for their door to door advertising which should be illegal if it isn't already. I don't usually write reviews but what they did was just ridiculous. I hope no one uses them for holiday lighting.Desired Settlement: They should refund the amount I paid to USPS for the postage they didn't pay for their ad.

Bright Star has no idea who this individual is. Not sure what there complaint is either, that we mail advertising? The USPS most certainly doesn't mail anything without the proper postage attached. It seems this persons issue is with the fact he received an advertisement. We request that the Revdex.com remove this entire complaint from their system.
