This company is using various names online to defraud the public by making false claims of approvals by members of the tv show shark tank. FRAUD! I was charged $6 twice for an item I didn't order. And, again another $89.00 please.

They charge comes under these two names Allumarax and Beauphoric personal care, from this address: Fulfillment center P.O Box 152212, Tampa, Florida, 33684
Now they front as a CB dispensing/supply center.

They claimed it was not them.

I was going to purchase this CBD oil gummy, had a bad feeling and backed out. I did not submit the order. Yet I was still charged
I saw an advertisement for a CBD supplement that claimed to do very well on shark tank. So I looked at their claims, andstarted filling out the order form online. I filled out the entire order form, credit card information and all. However I did not submit the order because bad feeling. I didn't know that sites can pull your information you've filled out without fully submitting it by hitting enter at the end. I did back out to the previous page.
Yesterday I saw a pending transaction for $199.99 on my account. I tried to inform my bank about this, but they require me to call the company first. So I called Brighton sciences, the manufacturer of these CBD oil gummies and got an answering machine. I've been looking for another way to contact them.
Many years ago I signed up for something with a very similar setup as far as ordering. I ended up getting ripped off, repeatedly, a few times a month by that place scamming me. Once I put it together that I recognized the similarities, I immediately backed up to the previous page, again and again until I got to the first page.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to be held responsible in one way or another for stealing my credit card information that I was too afraid to submit to them. I would also like my money back, and promptly. I'd like everyone who looks at their CBD oil supplements to be forewarned that their credit info can be stolen by these people, if they fill out the form before submitting it.

The order was not charged correctly and it was not effective for the disorder. I requested a refund as stated in the letter, and was denied.

Order #CBXXXXXXC9 placed on 6-1-19.Buy 2 get 1 free. With discount ea. $49.99 - charge to my credit card was $149.97. ($74.98 per bottle). My husband used the oil for a month and there was no change in his condition, so I requested a refund on 7-13 with agent Miriah 271 she said I would receive a refund of $130.07 because there was a $9.90 re-stocking fee and gave me an authorization code #3A9245AA8F9 and sent an confirmation e-mail.
I returned the unused product on 7-15 per instructions and they received it 7-18. On 7-29 I called to check on the refund and spoke with floor supervisor Drew *** and was told he could only send me more product. A third party resale was out of business and they could not refund my money. I asked to speak to management and was told they do not talk on the phone, but he would file my concern and I would here from them in 24-48 hours. On 7-30 I called again and spoke with floor supervisor Candace *** and was assured the concern was forwarded to upper management and I would receive a call. On 8-07 I spoke with Jasmine 0803 and was transferred to floor supervisor Jeffrey *** He asked for my tracking number of the returned product and again stated he could send me more product but not the refund promised. He said they had received my returned product and determined there would not be a refund, however they never contacted me or gave a reason. Just that they would ship more product instead. He also said they would only send 2 bottles because I did
not return the used bottle. I told him I felt this was extremely poor business and I would be filing a complaint. He said to just wait and upper management would be reviewing the matter and would call me in 24 to 48 hours. It seems that 24-48 hours is their routine answer and they have no intentions of honoring their "money-back guarantee" So not only was I overcharged on the original purchase, I also paid shipping to return the unused product as instructed and now I do not have a refund or the product. The address I have for their company is PO Box 152871, Tampa, Florida 33684 and the letter that came with the order with the return policy was signed by James H. The customer service phone is 888-803-5108 on my documents.

Desired Outcome

I feel the contract I entered into with this company by ordering a product I had hoped would help with my husband's essential tremor, was not honored by them in any way. The letter that was sent with the order clearly states the return policy and refund procedure. I made all the necessary calls and he used the product as instructed. I followed their instructions for the return and I would expect them to refund my money.

I just received in the mail a package from the business. When the package was delivered it was open and there was nothing inside. The Post office stated this is how the package came to them. *** with the post office stated that if anyone want to contact them to verify this. At this time we are seeking a refund we do not want the product as it does not work.

After reviewing the further correspondence from Ms., we researched the matter further. On our end, your refund was processed but it appears that an electronic error occurred while issuing this. To amend this, we sent an e-check for $149.97 to your email address on file, ***@comcast.net, on August 8th and it is available to redeem immediately. After reaching out to you, we have received verbal confirmation to send a physical check instead, which we have done today. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for this to arrive. We would like to again sincerely apologize for this experience and we hope this will rectify the issue.

On August 28th I received a phone call from John at B+ and was informed they had sent a digital check...not received by me....he assured me he would send a physical check and I agreed. Today I received check *** from Top Beauty and Health in Chino, California in the amount of $149.97. Not the company I originally dealt with and regret the unfortunate procedure I had to endure to request a refund. However, I did finally receive my refund and consider the matter resolved. (Providing the check clears) Thank you to those involved in bringing this matter to a conclusion.

I bought this health product for my sick wife which has a full refund within 60 days if you are not satisfied. my wife passed 7-3-2019
I originaly bought this b+ cbd oil for my sick wife *** hoping it would help her get better cause her meds were not. she passed on 7-3-2019 before she could try it so I tried it for a month but I didnt fell any better so I called 1-888-803-5108 and told them I would like a full refund of $149.85 which was specified in the letter that came with the product. I originally seen this b+ cbd oil recommended by dr. oz on tv so I looked it up on the internet and it said that if you use this product and you did not see any difference in your health by feeling more energy and less pain you can send back the remaining products full and empty bottles to get a full refund back. when I called customer service and explained everything they told they cannot take back the b+ cbd oil so they cannot give me a refund. I said that is not what the internet or my letter said, which was a full refund if not satisfied. I talked to two managers and they said they cannot give me a refund and are very sorry but they will cancel any future products that they were going to send me which I was not aware of. this company is going back on there written word and should not be allowed to due business like this. so I think it is a scam and other people can get scammed like me especially when I followed there directions in taking this product for over 30 days but did not feel any better. james h. must be the ceo and the web site is bpluscbd.com
the company names could be brighten skincare or brighten hemp with addresses p.o. box 152871 tampa, fl 33684 or p.o. box 152212 tampa, fl 33684. I also called my master card credit card and explained everything to them so they can investigate this scam also. the order #XXXXXXe26a was ordered on 06/14/2019 and was 5 small bottles of b+ cbd oil for $149.85.

We have reviewed this complaint and searched our database. We were able to find an account for Mr.. Our data indicates that Mr. called on July 23rd and as a result, his account was cancelled and he was issued a return merchandise authorization number to return his products. Upon reading of his dissatisfaction with our company, we have sent a refund check for $149.85. This will arrive via email and will be available for redemption immediately. Mr. may give us another call to send the products back if he wishes but is not required to do so. We regret discontentment amongst our customers and would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused. Please allow this to resolve the issue at hand and accept our most genuine apology.

This appears to be a bogus/fraudulent company. They charged my VS and never sent the product. When I called to complain they said they would send another product. I declined and asked for a refund. They then sent me in circles and said refund is NOT POSSIBLE.
THEIR website guarantees full refund if not satisfied.

I received my correct refund. However, it's important to note it came from a different company name, "Top Beauty and Health". And from a different address, Chino, CA.

Brighten Company has committed various fraudulent activities, both in online sales , and charging my credit card.
Their are 2 problem dates with Brighten - December 8, 2018 and March 9, 2019. On December 8, 2018, Brighten misrepresented a sales on line to me in several areas. It was never listed on their online site that the product were selling to me could not be taken with certain drugs that I am presently on. And they referenced the "sale" as a trial, not a final sale. They charged my credit card $149.85 for a product that I could not use medically, which I was not told beforehand. They changed the website which I originally looked at, and I could not locate their company. The Brighten charge of $148.85 was listed on my credit card as a sale from Nevada, not Tampa, Florida., but they listed their sight as Tampa, Florida.
On March 11, 2019 a charge was posted from a fraudulent date of March 9, 2019 which Brighten claims I bought a product for $149.85, which I never ordered. I contacted my bank, put a stop payment for both dates, cancelled my credit card, and filed a fraud Report to Bank of America (my credit card bank). I tried to contact the Brighten Company to question these charges thru a customer service phone 844 625 7444. I asked for the billing department, I was told I could not speak to them. I asked the customer agent where the company was located, I was told she didn't know. The agent was in California, they stated. The Brighten website said it was located in Denver Colorado, the agent said the shipping of the product was from Brighten Fulfillment, PO Box 152212, Tampa Florida, Tampa Florida, and the billing was from Nevada.
I filed a fraud report with the state of Colorado, the state of Nevada, and the state of Florida Revdex.coms. I contacted my bank (Bank of America), and they told me a full investigation of the fraud with the Brighten Beauty Company, the Brighten Hemp Company, and the Brighten Fulfillment Company. My bank told me that both charges totaling $299.70 would b held up to Brighten Company pending the fraudulent charges.
I believe this company is a scammer company. I was scammed by them, as I am sure more people are as well. I am hoping some type of legal action can be taken against them in the states that I mentioned to prevent further fraud.

I am seeking full restitution form the fraudulent charges to my credit card. I want no further contact with this company. I believe a discontinuance of their false claims on the online sites are in order. And if they can be brought to justice thru the legal system, it may be could for future consumers.

brighten has resolved the dispute with me. They have credited my credit card . The case against Brighten has been resolved.

I placed an order for my brother *** but paid with my credit card. I returned 2 bottles for a refund of $99.90. No refund.
On 11/19/18 I ordered 3 bottles of CBD oil for my brother *** The offer was buy 2 get one free. Return within 60 days for a full refund. I returned it on 1/10/19. My ORDER # WAS *** mY RMA *** I paid with mastercard.I returned 2 bottles on 1/10/19 well within 60 days. I did not receive a refund, they also kept the product I returned. I paid $99.90. On 2/10 I talked to Andra agent *** on 2/17/19 I talked to Amy agent *** On 2/23/19 I talked Ann agent *** That was the last time I called. Don't call them anymore wait until upper management called me. They never did.

Product was ordered from this company via Internet. Terms and conditions were posted and agreed to. The letter they send with the product states Refund in 60 days if not satisfied, however, it NEVER states that if you don't cancel within 30 days you receive another bottle and your credit card is charged another $49.95. The company needs make it clearer when they send the letter with the product that if you don't cancel in 30 days you will be shipped another bottle. Didn't want 2nd bottle because I was not sure if the product will work. Letter states to try it for at least 30 days which is what I did. Company stated the 30 day cancel was in the terms and conditions. They gave me a 50% refund not the full refund that they claim they will do

I would like to receive a FULL refund on the 2nd bottle but they stated that they won't do this only a 50% refund will be given
