I have bought many, many plants from Brighter Blooms since I found them last Spring (2015) I have never had a problem with the quality of their plants, their shipping times or their customer service The plants sent were of a varied variety and size exactly as I ordered They arrived promptly (or at the appropriate time for planting in my area), were well packaged, with complete planting and care instructions and in excellent health This Spring (2016), they all have appeared to have survived the winter and are starting to come alive again as I would expect I am more than pleased with this company and their products Considering how many times I kept going back to them, if there were any glitch in their product quality, shipping methods or packaging, I would have seen it by now I rate them A+ in all categories

I place an order for ten (10) six foot ThuGreen Giant trees with Brighter Blooms Nursery The trees came super quickly and were packaged so well that you would believe they were just dug up The ordering was east, the trees are magnificent and the customer service was great [redacted] & [redacted]

WOW - great people - customer service is outstanding - I hesitate to call a customer service line when they are just ending their shift - I am also in customer service - I called minutes before her shift ended - if you would like her name I can provide that - I was so impressed I actually sent her a thank you card - so the scenario shift is ending - I called in a guarantee - no questions asked they honored it - gave me more than I expected - replacement product was exceptional and is thriving - she REALLY cared cannot say enough about the initial customer service experience then I had a question regarding the tree I purchased and planted - again - end of the day - nothing but consideration and caring from the plant expert - didn't know there really was such a thing but I guess she is - I had to call her again the following week and she was just as nice as the first time I spoke with her - again - end of shift great people - great products - all around fantastic experience

Several months ago I received a plant from BB Nursery which was below this company's standards and did not survive despite all my efforts to revive it Online communications w/prompt response from your staff were professionally and courteously handled Upon my request for replacement, a new healthy plant was promptly delivered and now has been placed in my garden I'm looking forward to watching it grow and want to say thank you for your very helpful staff for their assistance in this matter

Wonderful company with stellar customer serviceI had an issue with my tropical hibiscus tree It arrived very healthy and promptly Unfortunately, a few days after arrival and planting we had an unexpected deep freeze All the leaves succumbed to the frost The people at Brighter Blooms were extremely helpful, courteous, and understanding, never blaming me for the issue Despite many correspondences back and forth, and attempts to rejuvenate the tree, they stepped right up to the plate and shipped me a new tree - which was also beautiful and healthy No chance of frost now, so I am extremely confident the new tree will do quite well Great company

Recently I ordered 2 trees from Brighter Blooms and when I received them one of them were damaged. I wrote brighter blooms and told them about the problem. With no hesitation they shipped me out another replacement tree which came beautiful and healthy. I was so impressed with their service I turned around and ordered 5 more items. Customer service is great. Would recommend them again

I am a new customer to Brighter Blooms and I have been very satisfied with the way they handle their customers. Had a question about my camellia plant and they were right on it. Just received an order of roses and hope they turn out as well. Service is very fast and the product arrived in good shape.

I'm a first-time customer but will be a regular customer! Wonderful customer service! After placing my first order, I noticed a small problem! It was late, but sent an email and within 30 minutes, I received an email with an apology and correction. I'm very impressed with the prompt professionalism of this company! I have been a business owner for 50 years and know customer service can either make or break a business. This business is superior in customer service
I received my shurbs today and they were great and packed with great care! I will become a regular customer! !!

I ordered, they delivered on time, plants were well packed, some of the best packaging that I have ever seen for nursery stock, they were alive and looked as though I had hand picked the plants from a local nursery.

I received/planted $165 worth of plants at the end of Oct 2014. They did not come up this spring. Brighter Blooms Nursery refused to replace the dead plants citing their 45 day warranty had expired. I appealed explain that during the winter, I assumed the plants were dormant, not dead. They refused to replace them unless I pay them $31 more. I have bought plants from [redacted] & [redacted] who have always made amends for plants that die. [redacted] has a one year warrenty!

Five Star. Could not ask for anything more. We ordered a plant just before the Christmas/holiday/break and received our camellia sasanqua yuletide in fantastic shape even though it went across the country and with delivery delays due to weather in the mid west. We will definitely be purchasing from them again. The plant was so much more than I expected (healthy, beautiful leaves - very deep and glossy green and has new growth) because of this time of year. I am sure my hummingbirds and I will be enjoying this plant for many years to come.
