Invoice [redacted] was a special order item that was not in stock at our location.Our vendor (another parts yard) told us it was a yellow door and that is what we ordered.We do require payment on special order items up front due to the fact customers will order parts then never show up for them.Our policy is that we charge a 25% restock fee when the customer no longer wants the part to cover freight costs to and from vendor.I am sorry the customer had a bad experienceIf the customer wants to return the part in the condition that it was sold he can have a full refund.Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com:They did not provide a factory color that they resured me it would be, they lied about the inner door panel, they refused to give me a refund when I saw the product and they demanded a 25% fee to return the productThey did not provide the inner door panel which was part of the purchaceFinally they have no honor and would turn to lies and deceite in order to fill they pockets, over all they are not a business that should be allowered to to business in ** *** Anyone that that choose to steal and lie for profit should have any licence revoked until they can do business honestly.I could have bought the same door with inner door panel for $usd from another salvage yard and was played for a fool by some dishonest people from *** *** *** and their partner Cunningham Brothers.If you are reading this I would discourage you from doing business with these people
