[redacted] has gone to far with her slender and misleading remarks posting on [redacted] and calling me and my company a fraud with the Revdex.com our company is now force to file a civil complaint seeking litigation punitive damages for slender Defamation, her misleading internet posting which has caused great damage to our company and to my character has forced my attorney to seek full Resolution also he has been informed about [redacted] attempt to extorted us through threats and intimidating, Brighton Electric a company who has been around for over years and has a long long history refuses to be intimidated by acustomer from day one never had a issue with the workmanship but with a long term goal of not paying her Insurance Deductible Now let me address [redacted] questions every electrical contractor, roofer, plumber, lawyer charges different prices, the price we gave you is our price you had days after the work was completed to cancel your contract but you did not, I can send you quotes from three other electrical contractors who prices would be higher than ours [redacted] I think you don't realize you are putting yourself in a position for a liable lawsuit and trust me we will seek full punitive damages you just cant post misleading statement about any person or company I guess you don't know that the Consumer Review freedom Act was not passed , this issue is now going to civil trial !!!!!

[redacted] and [redacted] job was done and completed on 11-18-Brighton Electric was running No Promotions, now [redacted] and [redacted] feels - months after there job was completed they want our latest Promotion, our Promotions are just like any big company its at the time of purchase.Follow upPlease understand the job cost was original cost was [redacted] and [redacted] insurance company would only cover 3996.00, We at Brighton Electric Discounted the price to meet at the insurance company cost of And Refunded the [redacted] Dollars on 11/27/Brighton Electric got **and [redacted] all there money back from there Insurance Company minus there deductible, the [redacted] are Responsible for there deductible, If we gave the [redacted] 15% off the that total would be $plus the we already gave back which would come to a total of minus there which the [redacted] would profit a total of off of there own work Please Read- Follow up , after talking to the company lawyer I was told if I gave a cash refund to **and [redacted] it would be unethical and would be insurance fraud since the [redacted] are responsible for there deductible , I am forwarding a promotions Credit for Future Work

To who it may concern each wire in your property is controlled by a circuit, breaker or a fuse , its impossible for the electric wire to work without a fuse or a breaker did [redacted] look in any other parts of her house other than the main panel box we installed for a extra circuit breaker or fuse box (there could be another breaker of fuse box in the ceiling or in the wall, that turns the circuit off and not at the main panel box) either way is this a True REPAIR at no time did [redacted] write in her letter to the Revdex.com that her power was off , her main issue she wants us to come out to her house and show her where it shut off and on , this is not a repair this is a Service Call and please at no time did anyone in or office get rude at [redacted] she is the one who got upset when we told her if its nota repair on work we performed and we would have to charge her a service call either way someone from our office will contact [redacted] and schedule a appointment between march 03-28-16thank you

To who it may concern Brighton Electric did install electrical work at above address by our license Reading Pa Contractor, *** *** did inform me she needed her permit for electrical work we performed because she was selling her property, I informed ***
*** that our licensed contractor was out
of town and if she needed her permit faster I would reimburse her the cost, I call ** *** and gave him a phone number of one of our contractors and I informed him to call me back to let me know the total cost I owe them for there permit,he or she never once called me to inform me the cost, Brighton Electric has been in business for over years and we pride ourselves on customer service I will on this date March I will be mailing a check of for the cost of the permit please any question just call my cell phone ROSS ###-###-####

This my 2nd complaint. 1st complaint was filed on 2/25/2016. Since then Brighton Electric called me on 4/16/2016 told me they couldn't make it due to other job. Said they would call me on 4/18/2016 to rescedule no call. Called them on 5/6/2016 left message for Ross no response.Since then I have left numerous messages. The answering machine would always say they would call back in 5 minutes never on anyone of my messages did they call me back! So needless to say I did not get my problem with my electrical panel taken care of. Since they have not responded to any of my calls I have concerns about this businesses credit ability.All I want at this point is to get this issue resolved ASAP!!!!

irrelevant matters.
 They
should refund me, at the very least $1,500. As you can see their
charges are completely disproportionate.

Be advised this office represents the interests of Brighton Electric. In that regard, we are in receipt of your April 8, 2015 communication and invitation for response. Kindly accept this correspondence as that response.
We have reviewed the customer statement of the...

problem and desired outcome/settlement with our client. Initially, the Revdex.com should be aware that the additional service which was requested by the customer has, in fact, been performed and that no request for service remains outstanding. Specifically, the customer alleges that four outlets in her living room were not changed by Brighton Electric as of the time of the complaint. That service has been performed we also note that the original performance date was in October 2014.As the customer's desired outcome was that the job be complete, that outcome has been achieved. As to any claims that work performed by Brighton Electric was not necessary, we disagree. We note the customer has provided no information from a separate electrical contractor indicating that such work was unnecessary.
From the standpoint of Brighton Electric, this matter is closed.

My case #[redacted] was ruled as resolved by the Revdex.com, but the business I was complaining about did not send me the $250 as promised.  I understand that the Revdex.com is a private institution and is not a court of law but find it mind boggling that this is the best that they can do.   . . .and Brighton Electric continues to have an A+ rating and falsely advertise that they are a Revdex.com accredited company.  I would expect the Revdex.com to do better, especially with a logo that states "start with trust".I have been pleasant and informative to the Revdex.com and hoped they would at least have an interest in protecting their reputation and brand.  It is quite apparent that the Revdex.com logo is meaningless and that anyone would be wise to avoid any company associated with it.

Review: I had called and made an appointment for an estimate for a job I needed at my house. A technician showed up for the estimate. Upon completion of his visit and to my big surprise, he askde for a deposit check for $49. This was never communicated to me when we called for the appointment, nor did I ever have to pay for an appointment for an estimate in the past, fr any type of service. I did not think I had to pay, but reluctantly and in good faith I did.

Eight days later I had not received the written estimate and when I called the main number to inquire, the person who answered the phone did not know anything about the case. To this day still waiting for the estimate. At this pouint I am requesting a full refund for $49.Desired Settlement: full refund
