I am rejecting this response because:While this process started commencing, I have contacted Ford and they are taking a second look at this complaint, which means the dealership did not exercise due diligence, or attempted to address my concerns. They refused to note, or even mention to me, that brake pads were wearing out unevenly, they were just after money for repairs.
