Move Out Date 8/1/ [redacted] did walk apartment with our Maintenance supervisor upon her move out (Tiffany R***)It was stated that everything looked okNever told resident she would have no chargesThe resident did paint the apartment but it took two coats of paint to put back to original colorWe would not know that until a contractor would try first coatTherefore the charge to resident was $Carpet also looked ok until our carpet cleaners were cleaning there were several stains that would not come out and also seemed to be a pet in the apartmentWe have no pet policyIt was even recommended that we replace carpetWe did not, we went again and had it cleaned to avoid replacing itSo resident has a charge of $for carpet cleaningWe had to wait for final billing for correct charges to the resident $Our records indicate a $Security Deposit on hand.Resident Balance $Chateau in the Woods.See copies of Charges.We feel we have been fair in our business with [redacted] and have noted she did pay her rent on timeSincerely,Heather F*Property Manager
