Hi, I purchased at Papa Gino's 16oz boneless chicken wings times nowEach of my orders was of servings of 16ozI ordered by phone or online, and each time picked up from the storetwice from the branch in Waltham MA and once from the branch in NewtonThe first time it seems like the amount was not really 16oz, so I weighed it at home after we picked it up (I have a kitchen scale)each of the boxes was 13oz or less - we have a photo of the amount on the scale)
I called the branch and they credited me with my meal and applied a credit to my phone number for a future purchase
the second time was ordered by my son, and the same thing happened(!) each box that was supposed to be 16oz was 13oz
The 3rd time was from the Newton branch - again, 13oz or less (12and 3/4oz) in each boxThis means I was missing more than 9oz of my order

For several times I tried contacting this business headquaters to ask them a simple question and no one is available nor they replied to my online inquiryI am extremely disappointed

I requested that my rewards account be closed and my online account be closedThey replied back that they could not find an email associated with my accountI logged into my account to update my email address and then contacted them again requesting them close the account
They are not closing the account and after attempts to respond back to them they are ignoring me
Why do I have to file a Revdex.com complaint just to get my account closed or even to get a response back? This is ridiculous

I used to work for 81carver rd Plymouth Papa Gino's they haveThe most unprofessional mangers and some of the mangers gave free food to employees also the mangers talked about other coworkers in an unprofessional way to they treated there employees like crap the store manger acted like a *** alot I'm telling u now about this store u should check it out asap plus it's not that clean also I'm gonna make a complaint to *** if u guys don't do anything about this store my phone is ###-###-#### if u wanna know more about it thanks

We received a pizza from Papa Ginos which held a foreign metal object in itMy significant other had bitten into the slice and it clinked against his teeth and tongueWe attempted to contact their corporate office and I left a voicemail and had received no response - I called all possible departments and no pickup/answer providedAfter days of continuous calling I saw that you can submit an online ticket and finally I was contacted hours laterNo resolution was made, and after I insinuated that the object was a body piercing they began to tell me they do not have anyone in that building that has piercings (later I discovered they do and they do not remove them)No resolution had been made their risk management officer asked what I would like and I had requested a total refund but would need further time to review other requests in which he replied he understood and that would be possibleThat first day, he had full contact with me, no issue and now has had no correspondence and no refund was initiatedThis metal object could have easily penetrated or been a choking hazard for any member of our family, and now it's possible that this contaminated his bloodIt entered his mouth and touched his tongueSince issuing this complaint, we have heard numerous other cases of contamination in others food and no resolution being providedPapa Gino's is not working with their customer and it's extremely disappointingWe understand trying to understand what the object is, but you need to treat your customers better with more care and concernYou need more safety and sanitary regulations to prevent these issues, such as all piercings to be removed and management to ensure employees follow complianceThis kind of non-action will not be tolerated

I received a dollar gift certificate as a giftI went to use it and was told that they changed their system over and the card would not workI called the number on the back which is automated and itThe it tells me to go on the websiteI enter the caqrd number *** *** *** *** *** *** *** and all it says is invalid card number, I have emailed them numerous times and I get no response andi can not get anyone on the phobe
