I want to make sure that what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone elseI was going thru the process of purchasing a home from Brighton Homes at their *** ** *** location but the deal fell through because my loan was denied by my lender in which I was told by Brighton Homes that my earnest deposit money of $would be able to be used towards a future purchase for one of their other upcoming properties When I did try to purchase (using approval thru different lender) one of their other upcoming properties at *** ** ***, I was told that I just had to come in to select a property & sign for it and that no additional earnest/deposit would be needed since they were just going to use the $that I had already given them for the deposit/earnest moneyAfter I signed for the property, they asked for additional earnest/deposit money even though I was already originally told that no additional money would be neededSo when I told them that I was not abl
