Review: I had my truck towed on 9/02/14 by Brighton Auto. The truck was towed from my home on [redacted] to [redacted] on [redacted]. My truck was having a catalytic converter installed. When the tow truck arrived I questioned why a flat bed was not being used to tow my truck considering that my truck is a four wheel drive truck. The tow truck driver said it would be fine being towed by a lift type tow truck. The driver was very rude and made remarks about my truck. He asked me what was wrong with the truck and I told him that the catalytic converter was being replaced. He asked if I was sure if that was the problem. I told him I was sure. He told me that I had to move the truck forward so he could get the truck lifted on the tow truck. I started my truck and put it in drive and moved it forward. At that time I told him to leave it in two wheel drive and not to use the emergency brake because my dash light will not shut off. He towed it to [redacted] but put the truck down across the street from [redacted] and told me to drive it over myself to park it. I got in my truck and started it and noticed that the emergency brake was on and released it and drove the truck over to [redacted]'s and in the middle of the street I lost my power steering and couldn't park it in the right spot. The tow truck driver then lifted my truck up again while in park and put in the right space while I tried to steer it and told me to put in four wheel drive then in two wheel drive to try to get it the right parking spot. We got it parked correctly. I paid him and he left. When I was called the next day 9/03/14 Mr [redacted] told me that my four wheels were locked and that the power steering was locked and that the truck would not go into drive. They got the truck in the garage and fixed my converter but told me that I must take it to see what is wrong with the transmission and that they could fix the power steering pump. The truck was towed again via flat bed to Economy Transmission where they determined thatDesired Settlement: My transmission is completely useless and needs replaced due to being driven with the emergency brake on. I feel that the tow truck driver caused the damage to my transmission. The wrong type of tow truck was used. He put my emergency brake on and didn't have the truck in neutral and told me to switch between two and four wheel drive. I complained to the owner of Brighton Auto. Mr [redacted] just laughed at me and told me that my transmission was old and refused to give me the name of tow
