Mr [redacted] , was caught using his child's pass improperly We have computer evidence that refutes Mr [redacted] 's version of the incident Rather than press formal charges for theft of services we have offered to allow Mr [redacted] to pick up his child's pass at our Customer Service Counter called the "Sports Desk"
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I haven't received my passPlease provide a tracking number so I can see it has been sent Sincerely, [redacted]
I contacted Mr [redacted] after he indicated that he had not received his son's pass As Mr [redacted] wanted the pass mailed to a different address than we had on file, we replaced the pass and mailed the new pass to the address that was given to us As Mr [redacted] used his pass this last weekend I can only assume that he has received his son's replacement pass We are sorry that this incident has gone this far However, we are still trying to understand how both Mr [redacted] 's pass and his son's pass were used within seconds of each other on the day in questionPerhaps a computer issueThank you,Randy D***
During the 2014-season Brighton sold a five use go card that allowed the consumer to ski five days at the resort during the season The pass could be used on a daily basis by the consumer or whomever they let use the pass for the day, until the five days had been used The value of unused days could be applied to the purchase of a new preseason product the following year This is very similar to products offered at other ski areas and the same as Brighton has offered for the last twenty years We are happy to roll the value of the remaining use towards a preseason product If the consumer chooses not to roll into a new product they have still saved money over what they would have paid for the days they skied last season. Thanks,Randy

I am rejecting this response because: They did NOT disclose at purchase time that you had to apply the unused credits towards a "new" purchase. They simply said it rolls over. This is false advertisement. I still think they should honor the roll over to a 2015-2016 ticket for the unused portion. And there was nothing truely saved if I lost 1/5th of the value of the 5 use card.
Sincerely,
