" which therefore shows that they are willing to remove profiles from their website upon requestIt does not make any sense that they are honoring other profile removal requests but not mineThank you for your assistance.

I contacted BrightScope stating that my Form U4 field with FINRA was up to date and that their information was inaccurate.  They refused to correct the information as well as refusing to remove my profile from their page.  I don't care if the "sources where they are getting their information is public information."  I did not and still do not authorize BrightScope as an unknown third party to list my name and/or information on their website.
