Iâ m not exaggerating when I say that our email conversations over months while we tried to decide the best option to buy was well over emails back and forth, he always had the answers to my questions, or found them for meIn the end we went with Wise Choice Equipment because of his customer service FIRSTLetâ s put it this way, I drove hours one way to pick up the four wheeler, we live outside of Cincinnati and could have easily bought from a company that â drop shipsâ the four wheelerIn the end his â overallâ customer service is what should bring you to this family run businessHe puts the four wheeler together for you, test and runs it prior to your arrival, files your title paperwork and you get a sweet helmet in the mix tooâ ¦and to top it off does it with his willingness to help you find the right fix for your family
What a great place [redacted] is a great guy to deal with and is very prompt to call or e-mail you back with any question you have He has a great selection of different sizes of ATV's and will make the time for you You can test drive the machines and they are of good quality We have purchased a 125cc youth size and it ran flawless , then we traded it in for a bigger machine for our son He took our trade no questions asked and got a great deal on a new full size that our y/o loves [redacted] calls to check in and see how things are going with the machine and asks if we have any questions Great dealer and great selection Also if you are looking for a specific size he can find it

Great customer service, anyone that would try to sell you $in parts vs a $quad is looking out soley for the consumerThat is what happened when my husband and daughter went to look at quads on FridayAltthough my daughter had fallen in love with a pink quad they left with parts to fix the old oneOur daughter upset of course was set on that pink quadWe knew that we would get her one eventually so the next morning we made the little over an hour drive back to the store to do just that get her a pretty pink quadThe owners were so nice, and showed her the safety of riding a quad, made sure she could stop it by herself before leaving, and didn't try to oversell us on anythingWe will def be back in a couple years to get our youngest a quad I am sure

He got in touch with the manufacturer and had them send us a new shock at his expense even though he said the manufacturer wouldn't cover it He went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from him in the future!

[redacted] worked with the manufacturer to get us replacement parts shipped to us free of charge. We are very pleased with the product now and would highly recommend WCE to any one looking for go karts, quads or any of the products or services that they sell.
