I have spoken with [redacted], the filer of this complaint We have set up a meeting on Monday the 22nd at 10 am with myself (the owner of BrightStar Care) and my Director of Nursing to address these service failure issues. Our stated goal is to develop an action plan to address and resolve these issues...

and ensure the level of care that [redacted] (our client) and her son [redacted] (the filer) deserve and expect. This incident is not reflective of the standard of care that I expect from my employees nor is it reflective of the expectation I have for my business.
