The complaint has not been withdrawn. The matter still must be resolved. They had waited an exorbitant amount of time to bring the problem to my attention. The problem happened 60 days into the yearly contract and they waited over a year to bring it to my attention. Now they want an immediate resolution. It has caused me many physical and emotional issues which cannot be easily resolved. The issue must be resolve so I can receive the proper care. I was told when I signed up that I would be charged no more than $600 per month for the first three months then the insurance would pay the rest. Now they want more money which I cannot afford. I am disabled and wheelchair bound, I need the assistance for everyday living which I am having a difficult time receiving. I just wish to get that care I signed up for at the agreed price.
