This has to be the most fraudulent loan shark company I have handled business with. After paying off a car loan never late and always on time along with paying additional amount I was forced to open an account so that the car loan amount will be taken from the account. I only used the account to pay my car loan. years later Christmas weekend I never get a call never notified and next thing you know I get charged overages of several hundred dollars. I contact customer service call bounced around several times to finally be told someone would contact me 24 hours later. I received the call with no resolution besides the agent telling me that he does not know. This is totally not except-able I was planning on upgrading my car and having another car loan with them but this has left a very negative experience that I am planning on closing the account and taking my next car loan some where else.
