I enlisted the assistance of BrightStar for home health care and have experienced a multitude of poor care, theft and neglect from their workers. I recently had the opportunity to contact BrightStar of Racine about caring for my family member in her home. I was so pleased with the compassion and professionalism the staff took with our intake information. They were kind and patient with me during this difficult time. I have never had to look into this type of care before so I didn't really know what to ask or what to expect. It is not often you are so pleased with the experience from a businesses today.
