We looked into switching to see if it would be worth itAfter going over all of the numbers we decided to switchThey did not have all of the phones available, which was no problemWe said we can would wait until all the lines were ready to switchAbout three weeks later my service was shut off from my previous carrier without notice on two of my linesI had to switch switch my workday around to go in and have two phones activated because they had accidentally ported them over earlyIt was another three weeks before my other lines were readyWhen I had the first two activated I was given the number needed to request my $credit for switching carriersI was told to hold onto it, and when the other two phones were ready I would get the other numberWhen the other two lines were ready, we did not receive the number neededI called to request it and the sales woman had no clue what I was talking about and told me I would have to speak with the manager (who was off for the day)

I was told that you had a $unlimited plan I go home and double check what I was signed up for and I was signed up for a 75+ planI canceled my plan immediatelyI lost my phone number because I didn't want to pay any amount of serviceSince I was lied to Now I want my $activation fee refunded this is the least you can do since your company lied to me and now I'm without a phone till monday

My contract with my previous service provider was coming to a end and so I had looked around at other service providers for the best dealI went into bright star wireless which is a sprint store and had met with a employee thereAfter further discussion it sounded like it would be the best dealThey had agreed to buy both of my old phones and would give me a Visa cards for $for each phone that I turned in and ported numbers over to themI started service with them in November of and signed a leasing agreement for of their iPhone pluses for yearSense then I have still not been payed back for the phones they had taken from me, I have called and tried to get this taken care of on multiple occasions and the last time I had contacted them they had said I would receive both Visa cards within days and that was on March 17thNot to mention they had not stuck by their word of paying $per phone they were only going to give me $for one and $for the other Th
