There idea of quality work

Pros:
New equipment
clean and friendly uniformed workers.
The irrigation crew is knowledgeable and able to maintain systems properly.
Cons:
The management is unresponsive. Doesn't answer the phone, ignores email communications,ignores text communications. I've met in person to discuss issues and am assured that things would be resolved but the work never materializes.
Mowing is sloppy. Expect tall grass around posts,flags,signs, anything that you would have to weed wack or move to mow. At one point I bought a push mower to mow my own commercial lawn because it was so embarrassing.
Shrub timming and edging of beds is non existent after initial service.
Weed control is non existent.
Blowing/cleanup of leaf/grass debris
The company has different divisions for every service which is bad because whenever you ask someone to resolve an issue they say it's a different department. Coupling this with the lack of response from management is VERY IRRITATING.

Brightview has burned my grass with chemicals. They were hired by my HOA and am waiting for a response from the HOA about my complaint. My lawn was green before Brightview treated it. Many of my neighbors also have lawns that have been burned from chemicals. Not a happy camper.

They damaged our flowers and refuse to do anything about it. I witnessed this happen and get nowhere with them. They are just giving the run around and it is unethical and frustrating to say the least!

I would prefer if I could give this company a lower rating than 1 star. They offer horrible services and won't actually do their job. When they actually do show up, they've damaged my car and my home multiple times. When I attempted to ask them to repair the damages they made, even on just my siding to my house that they shredded in multiple areas, they stated that they are not responsible and won't fix any damages they create. After that attempt, they ignored all of my calls and won't call me back. I'm currently filing a law suit against their organization. DO NOT USE them! They will damage your property and cause far more headaches than you want. Use ANYONE else but brightview. This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in my entire life.

I was driving and one of their law mowers shot rocks down the side of my vehicle. I contacted them the same day and they assured me that it was their fault and the supervisor told me that the guy running the mower was at fault where he had the tube tied open/ up shooting debris over the road. It did a lot of rock chips and broke my wind shield. They fix my windshield but are giving me the run around on my he dent and rock chips. I don’t know what else to do.

Insurance Fraud - American Insurance
Is not at Location Provided By Brightview - Supervisors and Managers Lie and Keep Redirecting You To Different company SUB divisions to Wear You Out.
The City of Fountain Valley Even Had a claims Rep tell me they were absolutely at Fault For RV Damages in the Amount of almost $12,000.00
Since it is a billion dollar international company they Refuse to Provide Legitimate Policy and Give a International Number For Claims?
So they have a bond but no insurance
City Clerks are signing off Assuming
The Policy is Valid.
DO NOT HIRE BrightView Landscape
Just Search For Pictures Of Damages
I'm Definately Contacting state Board
They are running down the clock. 3 months and no Call Back.
Even the Park Supervisor told me they haven't paid a single insurance claim for property damage in 8 or more years. Suite #115 For American is not even there as Brightview had told me.
How surprised that the Suite is a Clothing company and was empty for almost 8 years prior.
So They Don't Legally Carry Insurance

They need to get the office staff together. My son has been requesting his W2 for 5 weeks and not one person in that damn office in different states will help. Courtney N with the Ohio branch needs to go back to learn customer service. My son had terrible experience with the company and reading the reviews on this company thank god I don't use them. I am filing the complaint with the IRS for the W2. Oh, and one of the ladies told my son they were mailed but she is receiving calls about people not getting them. I have sent emails requesting tried to call and the staff is rude and laughs on the phone. People need jobs and they seem to hire rude experienced staff!

I am putting in a new Lanai extension. The day after the cement pad was poured a Brightview employee working on irrigation walked accross it and ruined the finish by leaving footprints in the fresh cement.
Contacting Brightview, their first response was to lie, deny any responsibility, and say "This was not a irrigation employee from BrightView as I didn’t have any guys on this property yesterday".
After pointing out that I tried talking to the employee but he could not communicate in english, they respond back by asking," Is there by chance any pic of the employee and the damages so I can see who it was" Assigning blame rather than finding solutions seems to be their approach
After more emailing I was told, "I will look into it for you and get back to you"
Then, without any notice the manager shows up on my property and asks me to point out if it was one of the two workers he brought with him. They then wanted to inspect the damage and tried to match the boot prints to one of the two workers. SILLY! There is no certainty that they were wearing the same boots or indeed, if these were even the workers there that day. They denied receiving the photos I sent them. Bullying, denial, lies and confrontation appears to be their approach to resolution. No resolution was found but I was told they would be back to me. -- Again....
They did not get back as promised and after ANOTHER email yesterday I was told, "we will be denying claim that it was done by our employee"

This poor company of professional training do their jobs using the grass cutting machines near parked vehicles throwing stones and how much object is where the machine passes impacting the parked vehicles. Talk to me and introduce me to the supposed supervisor who shows little experience in his position the lack of ethics and little responsibility for the acts that show this type of company definitely bad service, little respect for the neighborhood vehicles that are parked in that The only thing they do is to give a superficial cleaning by spreading the garbage to other sides of the streets, making only dust and scrap every time they work.

On August 29, 2019, my new 2019 Lexus SUV (971 miles) was damaged while at I was at work, by Brightview. Brightview, informed the property management (Centrecorp), where my vehicle was parked, that they would quickly handle all damages. In March 2019, I had informed our complex management and Brightview, that my 2017 Lexus Sedan had been damaged and they better take actions to keep this from happening again. They did nothing. I have now dealt with one Brightview it, after another. They keep telling me their company policy, to receive payment for my damages, including where I must agree they were not responsible for my damages. I provided all the repair estimates, their adjuster looked at the vehicle and actually had a slightly higher repair quote. Total damages including rental car, is less than $3000. They stall, lie, and conveniently play stupid, and a month later no payment. As easily as they damaged my vehicle, this could have been one of our clients vehicles that was damaged, HOA companies, property management, large businesses, don’t hire this company for your landscaping needs. Don’t allow yourself to be part of their problem. This occurred in Lake Mary, Florida.
