Review: I purchased a keg of beer for my party that was Saturday, July *, 2014. I had a friend help me carry the keg into my yard. The keg produced all foam and wasn't working properly. It was not usable. I was not sure what was happening with the keg. I returned the keg on Thursday, July **, 2014, that was hardly used at all because we couldn't get beer out of it, only foam. That was the only day I could get a friend to help me lift the keg and transport it. When I brought it back I told the lady at the cashier counter and I told the man who said to me he was [redacted]s son, about the problem. [redacted]s son told me and my friend and the cashier that the tap was broken.

I asked for a refund and was told that [redacted] would call me the next day. The next day [redacted] never called me. I called and was told he had a emergency and left work immediately that day. The next day I called and was told [redacted] wasn't in. The next day, Sunday July**, 2014 , I went to the Brightwaters Beverage to talk to [redacted] in person. He refused to give me a refund and offered me $20 which I refused.

I would like a refund of $100 dollars.Desired Settlement: Refund of $100 dollars

I didn't get a resolution. I read what [redacted] wrote for his reply. He is not acknowledging that I spoke to a employee who said he was his son. That person said the tap was broken. I paid for a broken Tap on a unusable keg. THe beer came out all foam. I thought maybe it had to settle but it never did. I don't know anything about beer so I didn't even know what was wrong until I brought the keg back and the owners son told me the tap was broken. I still want a refund.
